Exclusive interviews with Top Italian Fashion Designers following the exhibition in Florence on Art and Fashion.
The controversy question on Art as Fashion and Fashion as art was being posed to the following designers: Romeo Gigli, Missoni, Versace, Prada, Ferre. These articles were published in both English and Chinese, for the Securities Journal, Capital ( Hong Kong). As an artist who resided in Florence, I also did sketches to accompany the articles, in order to pay homage to an event which has proved to be prophetic—that fashion, when raised to the level of an art, would be able to act as a stimulus which would offer a vision, as far-sighted and beneficial as that of an artist.
